"Our experience has been a delight!

We thoroughly enjoyed the exceptionally attentive Rockwell representatives. We were treated with great kindness and enthusiasm (which was significant to us). We had been to other new developments and quite frankly were turned off due to of lack enthusiasm of their developments’ representation.

We were impressed with the model homes immediately. The quality and design were apparent from the outside in. The careful design of landscaping, walkways, and common areas are beautiful.

We were thrilled about the extra wide double garages. Now that we have moved in the quality of construction reveals itself. It is amazing how sound proof the walls are. We were concerned we would hear the neighbors plumbing, late night t.v., garage doors, etc. This is not the case. In fact it is a challenge to get sound from the lower level to upstairs when I want my kids down for dinner!

I regularly recommend and encourage family and friends to come and enjoy the lifestyle and freedom that you have living in a Townhome community. In fact many of my friends are jealous, they think we live like we are on vacation all the time!"
